AJ inspires me to be myself and he shows me a world of opportunities and possibilities, even where i am with every conversation i have with him. He let's me be, yet politely, shows room for growth in my spheres offering his expertise, beliefs, space, empathy and understanding. AJ is one of those rare few individuals that understand your situation-any, patiently hear it and then offer suggestions and help, keeping your comfort and growth as priority, and that really helps to heal and grow my confidence - personal or professional.

He is not only very multi-talented himself, but is also equally humble, which is beautiful. At the same time, despite his massive learnings, spiritual being and expertise, he is alsoa fun company who jokes yet discuss serious matters. That is a rare find. He does not carry air, but wear an encouraging and inspiring balance of discipline-understanding-esteem and humility...without arrogance..and allowed himself and me to be human.

Fantastic session. He talked to me like a big brother and tried to understand what exactly is the problem at hand. His suggestions were very practical and very well articulated. He dint rush into things and preferred listening more than talking. Sometimes that's all is required. I have started implementing his suggestions and he will be the first person to know of any positive outcome that comes out it. Cheers!
